Cosmic Dust

A new special resource that unlocks upon reaching Hell Difficulty. It is located within its own tab between the Supernova tab and the Antimatter Tab.
Cosmic dust is special in that it is earned by spending time (Starting at 1 dust per hour spent) in Hell Difficulty or higher,
(Which is written Hell+ in-game) and is not reset during Supernovas, along with the time you've spent in Hell+, making all its upgrades 100% permanent.
In the beginning it is used to upgrade the first 3 basic resources with a special upgrade each that boosts bonuses from those resources in different ways.
And after you buy the first 2, it unlocks other upgrades located in the middle of the screen.
